GRAIN & FEED BINS

Whether your on-farm storage system consists of a couple of bins with an auger or an integrated drying, handling and storage system, BROCK® bins are the right choice for the job.

You work hard and BROCK® bins are engineered and built to work hard at protecting your product.

BROCK® bin foundations are designed to secure the bins against 145 kph (90 mph) winds, even when empty. The bin anchor system supplies a strong, load bearing connection to the foundation while the foundation sealant helps to provide a weather-tight seal.

The sturdy sidewalls of BROCK® bins are manufactured with a choice of narrow corrugations (2.66-inch/68-mm wide) or wide corrugations (4-inch-102-mm).

BROCK’s strength-providing roof design offers the highest farm bin peak load capacities available – up to 8,000 pounds (3,600 kg) with a ground snow load rating of 30 pounds per square foot  (146 kg per m²).

Practical innovations such as easy-open access doors that require no tools, unique roof ventilation systems for more total ventilation and no roof cuts and high-strength aeration floors with ample air distribution and easy clean-out are indicators that BROCK® understands crop storage.

Strong sidewall sheets feature 4-inch (102-mm) corrugations. In addition, each BROCK® sidewall sheet is 44 inches (118-mm) wide which reduces erection costs because the bin goes up faster.

BROCK® offers a wide range of models and choices - from 15- to 54-foot (4.6- to 11-m) diameter bins with a maximum storage capacity of nearly 66,000 bushels (2,200 m³).

With a complete line of flatbottom storage bins, as well as hopper-bottom holding bins for both farm and commercial markets, BROCK® now offers single bin capacities ranging from a modest 750 bushels (25 m³) to one of the world’s largest with nearly 1.34 million bushels (44,500 m³).

INVEST IN YOUR FARM. INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE.

BROCK® FEED BINS

If it isn't right, Dwayne makes it right and he has a damn good product. I bought four Brock 10,000-bushel bins on hoppers and they were 3000-4000 pounds heavier on the crane than virtually identical bins I'd bought from another company. That tells about the quality of the Brock bins. Dwayne does good work and if he says he's going to do something, he does it. I tell everyone to contact Rosler if they're looking for bins.

DIFFERENT BY DESIGN

Every roof is supplied with a large manhole that is “obround” for easy entry and exit. Its cover has heavy hinges and a strong, rotating latch.

Giant 39-inch (991-mm) fill hole features a rigid 24-inch (610-mm) diameter center ring to accommodate most auxiliary equipment.

“High-rise” roof rib is a full 3 inches (76 mm) tall and utilizes Brock’s strength-giving 2-step rib design. BROCK’s innovative Eave Tension Straps offer the highest farm bin peak load capacities available, up to 8,000 pounds (3,600 kg) with a ground snow load rating of        30 pounds per square foot (146 kg per square meter).

Gravity roof ventilators provide free air movement into the bin. Factory die-cut opening and flange assure a weather-tight seal. Mushroom style (round) roof vents are also available.

High strength Grade #8.2 bin seal bolts are used in all BROCK® wide-corrugation grain bins. Choose either the JS-1000™ rust-resistant coating or rust-proof polypropylene-encapsulated bin assembly bolts.

Optional sidewall ladders and BROCK SHUR-STEP® bin stairs, as well as safety cages and rest platforms designed to meet or exceed relevant OSHA standards when installed properly. All are fabricated from galvanized steel to assure long-lasting service. Mounting brackets provide ample clearance from the bin wall.
